The following are not available for refund:

  • Events
  • Recruiting/Exposure Videos

Transfer Options

If you cannot attend event, you must email us at least 2 days before the scheduled event. You must email: rkienle@baseballplayerreport to request a transfer. Please have the event name that you were attending with your full name in the subject line.  You will receive a confirmation of your transfer request within 1-2 business days. Event payments can be transferred (earliest refund date applies) to a different event if space is available. You may choose any event that is in the current year. The transfer period is good for 30 days, if not decision is made by then you lose your transfer option and payment. There is no guarantee as to the proximity of other sessions of our events.  Any processing fees payable through the registration process are not refundable at any time.

Injury

Should the player be unable to attend an event or take part in video due to injury, please provide a doctors note. Email note to: rkienle@baseballplayerreport. If a player does not show to their scheduled event and/or video with prior notice, there is no option for a refund/transfer. Should a player transfer their payment to another event/service that is more expensive, they are required to take care of new balance immediately.
